Refund Policy.

Effective Date: June 23, 2026

Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time through your Skool account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Once cancelled, your access to the community will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Lifetime and Founders Membership

We understand that a lifetime membership is a significant commitment, and we want every member to feel confident in their decision. Because The 99% Community is an interactive, participatory environment, we require a minimum 30-day engagement period before a refund request will be considered. After 30 days from your purchase date, you may submit a refund request for your Lifetime or Founders membership under the following conditions: You made a genuine effort to participate in the community during your first 30 days. This includes engaging with content, asking questions, and attempting to implement what is taught. The community was simply not the right fit for your needs or learning style, despite your participation. Refund requests will not be approved if: The member did not show up, engage, or implement during the 30-day period. The request is submitted before 30 days from the original purchase date. The member was removed from the community for violating our conduct standards.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at team@theninety9percent.com with your full name, purchase date, and a brief description of your experience. We will review your request and respond within 5 to 7 business days.

Our Commitment

We built The 99% Community because we know what it feels like to invest in a space that did not deliver. We will always handle refund requests with honesty and care. Our goal is never to hold onto your money if this truly was not the right place for you. We simply ask that you show up and give it a real shot first.
