By accessing or using theninety9percent.com, joining The 99% Community, or purchasing any membership tier, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform or services.
Description of Services
The 99% Community is an online membership community hosted on Skool, operated by Holli Swetland and Lindsey Richards. Members gain access to community forums, educational content, live sessions, and peer support related to digital marketing skill development. We are not a course, coaching program, or done-for-you service.
Membership Tiers
We currently offer two membership options: Monthly Membership: Billed on a recurring monthly basis. Members may cancel at any time. Lifetime/Founders Membership: A one-time payment granting lifetime access to the community at the rate available at the time of purchase.
User Conduct
By joining The 99% Community, you agree to: Treat all members, co-founders, and guests with respect. Refrain from sharing false, misleading, or harmful information. Not spam, solicit, or promote products or services without prior approval. Comply with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure requirements. Violation of community conduct standards may result in removal from the community without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content created and shared by Holli Swetland and Lindsey Richards within The 99% Community, including but not limited to curriculum materials, written content, graphics, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of its respective creator. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose this content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The 99% Community is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any content for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from membership.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holli Swetland and Lindsey Richards and The 99% Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the community or its content.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the community following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
